Giant inflatable tentacle flailing tube monster! Employing some further lessons from Steve Johnson and Billy Bryan, we were able to create a door sized creature out of ‘polymembrane manipulables.’ Kind of like a big bounce house, we could roll the creature up for transport to Set and inflate it onsite. The airflow and membrane helped create fee animation. We also got the classic tentacle-wrap-in-reverse-shot. All in all it was actually a fun time in a church.

A short film where a sickly Janitor watches in horror as a portal to another world invites fallen souls into its hellish maw.
But it isn't long until the poor man realizes that these ghouls are not leaving this world empty handed.
